The Final Details - we review your plans, identify anything that needs attention and make sure the pieces are ready to come together.
Supplier Coordination - liaise with your venue and suppliers in the lead-up, confirming timings, access, arrival details, responsibilities and anything else they need to know.
The Run Sheet - we create a clear, detailed timeline for the day, bringing all of the moving parts together so everyone knows where they need to be and when.
Final Check-In - before your wedding, we make sure the plan is locked in and everyone is working from the same information.
ON THE DAY

Keeping everything on time - we manage the timeline throughout the day, keeping things moving without making the day feel rushed.
Managing your suppliers - we’re the point of contact for your suppliers, answering questions, directing arrivals and making sure everyone knows what’s happening next.
Ceremony coordination - from getting everyone into position to cueing the ceremony and managing the transition afterwards, we make sure it all flows seamlessly.
Reception coordination - we keep the formalities, speeches, meals, entertainment and key moments moving according to plan.
The little things - from placing personal items and checking the room is ready to making sure the right person has the rings, the details are taken care of quietly behind the scenes.
Troubleshooting - things don’t always go exactly to plan. If something unexpected comes up, we handle it calmly and discreetly.
